Pregnant girlfriend feels neglected?

The above kind of says it all, I don't neglect her when I'm with her I do the opposite. Its just there's only so much I can do with her before I feel the need to go hang out with friends, drink, play gears of war( Its a cool game). You know have a little guy time. She gets sort of depressed and makes me feel like a jerk. Am I in the wrong here? because if I am I can't see any way to improve without completely dismantling my social life.
