Many liberals are financially dependent upon the vast government establishment. How do we help them transition?

So are many of the big businesses that the conservatives support, what's your point? Better to suckle corporations that make multi-million dollar profits & pay no taxes than to aide a few hundred bucks to a family struggling to make an income & send their kids to school?
