Does anyone find mario kart wii hackers hilarious?

a while ago i was on and this one guy was driving the tiny titan but it was like floating and when the starting bell rang he just took off like a jet and came in first place in like 20 seconds, literally 2o seconds. i cracked up cuz i thought it was so funny and becauase he was pushing everyone off( it was on rainbow road) did anyone ver see this befroe?
