Help me find a music video with only a discription?

I remember a video sang by a woman while she was speeding through a future city being chased by a massive robot. robot kinda looked like mega-tron but the video came out LONG before the transformers.Time frame might be like around early 2000s maybe sooner. The artist i don't thing is even around anymore. Don't know for sure tho. (artist is not Brittany Spears.) I know its not a lot to go on but I'm hoping that it rings a bell with someone. Nearly the entire video is CG.
