R&S: Wouldn't America truly be a better country if it were ran by libertarians?

I'm not a politician i know very little about politics but what i do know is this america would be better if we took our hand out of the worlds affairs and focused on our own. Any illegals that are known to be illegal are killed on site have sterizilation for those who have families they can't support and then are on welfare i'm not talking about having 2 kids and then one parent lost a job and took a job at Mc'ds for 1/3 of what they were making. I'm talking about the people that pop out 20 kids and then want to suck off the welfare system because they can't pay the bills. Americans espeically american parents need to take responsibility for their children and their education we expect way to much of the underpaid teachers. But then again maybe the teachers need better education in which to lead our children? But most of all americans need to stop asking their country to do stuff for them and start doing for themselves and their neighbors if everyone pulled his own weight and we quit sending jobs overseas and foriegners who came here and sent money back home while living off of the system we might be ok. Just my theory sometimes theories are better on yahoo answers than in real life though.
