How do you become a test driver for a car company like bmw, ferrari, aston martin?

i just graduated from high school a week ago. i been thinking what to do in the future, but i cant picture myself doing banking, architect , or a engineer. one thing i love is drawing and cars. so i thought of a becoming a car test driver because it suites perfect to my personality, i want a job that i want to enjoy and have fun. im going to college during the fall but i dont think theres classes for driving. i dont know how to start? please help me, i want to hear real answers, no bs.
