How can I set up this phone plan?

I have a blackberry curve that I bought from my brother. I don't have access to my bank account where the money from my job goes into. I want to set up my plan this weekend. I really don't want it to be under my parents name. How can I set up a phone plan with bell if I don't have access to the money I've earned.
