Help i have Bell's Palsy ?

So i have bells palsy but i can still movr my lip close my eye and yeah but when i smile i look funny and im takinq antivirals and steroids so how long till it goes away And will the medicine help plz help me i dont want to be stuck with this for even a month ! please help me my friends are making fun of me
