Good Universities For Architecture?

I'm 13, and I would like to become an architect when I am older. I have very good grades and will be in the least bilingual by the end of high school. But what are some good universities or colleges to study architecture. Preferably in the U.S., but other places are fine as well (if it helps, I'm learning German).
