Do I have a chance at these Universities?

University of Cincinnati school of Design, Art, Architecture, and Planning (DAAP) generally has VERY high admissions requirements (about 3.75 GPA, 30+ ACT, top 10% class rank) and does NOT accept portfolios, so it seems doubtful.
